Beni Bello has been baking at Clayton’s since it first opened and professionally baking for 24 years.  

Every morning Beni and his team wake up at 3AM to provide freshly baked goods for the community. 

We want to congratulate Mr. Clayton on his retirement and thank him for selling the bakery to Beni so the next generation can continue enjoying the same recipes and quality we all love. The legacy of Clayton's and Schmiemeier's Bakery lives on.
